Default 2006 STI - Nearly Stock - ~75k Miles

Hello,
Due to the purchase of a new car, I am looking to sell my STI. I have owned this car since 2010, and was the 2nd owner. I purchased it with ~25k miles on it, and have put just under 50k on it. The car has been my pleasure vehicle for the last 5 summers, so I have put very few miles on it. In those past five years, it has been garage kept when not driven and through winters. Overall, it is in great shape for its age. The car does have a rebuilt/salvage title on it.

Price is adjusted for title status, and needed repairs.

Located in Berkley, Mi.

Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

Thanks,
Seth

What I was told about the rebuild:
The car was originally an Arizona car.

I was told by the dealer I bought it from was that it was a small front curb collision, and that the following was replaced:
- Hood (Original take off of other STI)
- Fenders (Original take off of other STI)
- Facia (New Painted)
- Front top radiator support
- Radiator
- Condenser

I have had it looked at by various shops, and the Subaru dealership, without issues. However, I have not ever pulled up a CarFax or similar report.

Changes/Mods/Upgrades:
- Pioneer Appradio Installed
- Eibach Lowering Springs (Summer 2018)
- Cobb Accessport V3. Tuned to Stage 2
- SPT Intake and Exhaust from Dealer (Sticker/Plaque present)
- AC Compressor Removed. I have parts to reinstall
- Cobb lightened main engine pulley (not installed)
- Cobb Double Adjustable Short Throw Shifter (not installed)
- Cobb 6-Speed Front Shifter Bushing (not installed)
- Cobb Rear Shifter Bushing (not installed)
- Drilled/Slotted Rotors w/ Hawk Pads (Front and Rear)

Repairs:
- Steering Box Replaced (Done at Hodges Subaru)
- Wiper Motor replaced (Done at Hodges Subaru)

Needs:
- Rear struts should be changed soon. They are pretty noisy. My plan was to replace with Tien Coilovers when the time came.
- Rear trunk (where spoiler is mounted) has started to rust. It has been touched up by the detail shop for the time being.

Additional:
- Optima Red Top (Installed Summer 2016)
- Includes 2nd set of Rims/Tires. I purchased and used as winter set since 2010. Rims are in great shape, tires will need to be replaced soon.
- Summer/Performance tires were replaced less than 3k miles ago (Summer 2017)
- I have set of Armor UR Mud Flaps that i never installed.
- Badges have mostly been removed.
- The rear door tint has been installed since 2006, and could use a refresh.

Photos:
As I apparently am unable to add more photos than the one, please see this public shared google photos link for more.

I'm interested enough to take a set. Thinking about the next DD - and I need a car to drive while my trans is being rebuilt.
