Default Manage Attachment Error

I can't seem to be able to upload anything using the "manage attachment" pop up window.
I tried at two different locations/computers.
Doesn't seem to be the file size either, since I tested it with 30x30 pixel jpeg.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Does it fail to attach anything at all or does it give you an error message of some kind?

It's just giving me an error message. "Upload of filed failed". I tried uploading different sizes and types of files as well. Here's a screenshot of the error

Testing with manage attachment function:

Manage Attachment Error-test1-jpg

Edit: The max it shows in the "Attachment Key" (in the window attachment manager window, scroll down to see this) is 2MB for all file types. This image I just uploaded is 25KB.

Tested this out using Chrome on a Win 10 desktop. Were you only testing that one image or you tried several different ones? If just the one, it could be a corrupt file but you can try resizing it to see if that makes a difference? Let us know what device/browser you are using as well try on a different browser (or device) if you can.

Keep us posted - thanks!

-Nate

I'm getting that exact message : "upload of file failed"
I tried jpegs, gifs, bmp and sizes from 30x30 pixels to 1000x1000. File sizes where under 400k

Still getting the same error message.

I'm not sure if it matters, but I was trying it on the "for sale" section
That test image failed to upload as well

Hmm... can you please clarify which Marketplace forum you were trying to post in? The setting for the Marketplace seem okay, but wondering if something might be off for the specific forum you're trying to post in.

It's the "Used STIs For Sale" among others.

STI Forums > STi Marketplace > Cars For Sale > Used STIs For Sale

I also tried to make a thread without attaching any pictures, which is allowed by the sale rules, but the error says I need to attach at least one image.
