Default JPM Coachworks -- Project Work Blog

Good afternoon,

I've decided to create this thread to better show case some of our custom work in addition to new products that we're creating here at our shop. Our products are often hand-made or hand-assembled and, as always, made right here in the USA. We perform a substantial amount of custom design drafting and production. I've included our contact information below if you are interested in commissioning a custom piece and or have any questions or concerns. We look forward to working with you and your Subie in the future!

The double and triple pod pillars have been popular lately. Here are three recent projects we've completed. We've seen pods from JCS Pods as well as pods of the homemade variety.

We're currently running a group-buy on the OEM GR STI & WRX clusterhoods. These things look sharp when installed into a stock/factory dash. They are the best way, to date, to add a personalized touch to your car -- in addition to your custom shift and brake boot of course

This clusterhood also features the ZeroSports gauge hood / pod

It is truly a great experience to be able to design and create projects such as this for our customers. Nikita asked that his steering wheel be fitted to "monster thickness". Ask and you shall receive...a hair under 5" in circumference, this thing is supremely thick! The wheel was built from our steel grey alcantara and received our "tocco finale", hand-stitching completed with our OEM shark grey thread.

Of course, we have the honor of working within many other platforms. Here's an IS-F wheel for example.

Door panel Thursday? That has a good ring to it, don't ya think? These three following GR door panel projects feature 100% coverage in genuine Alcantara.

This is the door "pocket". It's a bit hard to tell from the photograph what exactly it is.

We had a chance recently to create a simple replacement shift boot for the S203 setup. We've never had a chance to work with that piece specifically before. It's definitely a neat piece!

Embroidery is not as popular within the Subaru community as it is in others. We're always happy to oblige a request to create a truly personalized piece for a customer's vehicle. We offer complete design creation and digitization, in-house.

The "ultimate" level of personalization -- a true embossed design. This is for a "Punisher" themed show-car. SHARP!

Oh, and I've been saying this for over a year. Our website stinks. We are still working on our new one. There's hardly enough time in the day for us to grab lunch, let alone work on this. We are working on it; here's a screen cap to prove it!

My driving focus has been to change our software and drill down the user experience so that it is enjoyable. My desire is that the customer's experience on our website is informative, easily understood and pleasant. The goal is for our website to accurately reflect what a first encounter would be like if a customer were to stop by our facility. And if the customer ends up making a purchase, well that's alright too!
