Post IAPerformance.com

I don't think they are a vendor here but I purchased a set of adaptors for aftermarket speakers. After paying to have the item 2 days, I find that I am missing my tweeter mounts. How do you send everything else except that? So I call them and ask for the mounts and they state that will be here by the end of the week. My guess is Monday. I am pissed cause I paied for 2 day so I could finish everyhting on my day off. What a pain!

Boooo... I thought their service was going to be awsome, but turned out that it just sucks.

Any vendor can be reviewed in this section; they don't have to be IWSTI vendors specifically.

I edited the first post to make this thread align with others in the reviews forum. I also added a poll and put 1 negative vote in it, reflecting the original poster's feelings. If that's not correct please let me know.

Sorry to hear that. I have personal experience with IA and they have been nothing but excellent. I would say talk to Stephen (the owner) as he is a very stand up guy and he would definitely make your call worth awhile. Give them a chance, they are great people and I am sure everyone makes mistakes.

Default IA Performance

I purchased a Cobb TBE + AP V2 from IA Performance and took advantage of Stephen's free shipping offer.

Unwisely, I ordered right before the start of SEMA however, Stephen an the guys at IA Performance were able to push the order out really quickly, all the while providing me with up to date information on my order's status.

IA Performance was a great vendor and I just wanted to say thanks for doing good business.
