Yeah definitely and honestly if I were running R-comps I would say it is a must. With street tyres (Dunlop Starspecs) I should be able to easily get by with just the Killer B sump.

What tracks do you frequent?

I would also add to consider a different AOS setup than the grimspeed. I had a similar AOS and it just did not work for the track at all. Volume was too small at times. Shouldn't be a problem if you run the return line to a catch can though.

The tracks that the car will be on are Mosport International Raceway, Calabogie Motorsport park, Shannonville Motorsport park and potentially Toronto Motorsport Park. I may head to the Quebec side as well (Mecaglisse, Mont Tremblant, Gilles Villeneuve, Lac des trois rivere etc.).

Can you elaborate on the AOS potential issues. It's currently plumbed as per Grimmspeed recommendations

I had a Prova AOS which is about the same design. After my 4th 20 minute session at Road America last year from the high sustained RPM there just wasn't enough volume in the AOS to handle the amount of blow by (My engine does not burn oil) from the high RPM long straights and all excess blow-by go into the return line to the intake and I probably lost 1/2 qt. Luckily it was at the end of the session and only blew it out the exhaust on my next startup.

I switched to the crawford AOS which is bigger and also gets rid of the PCV and did not have a single issue the last time out. Now I am just running a tuned stage 2 type setup at the moment but for bigger power also in the future I do plan to at least run the line that goes into the inlet to a catch can during track events just in case.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll double check the next time I head to Mosport (longer track w. Higher top speeds/rpm). The local tracks are far easier on the car, but of course I'll keep an eye on it.

Yup Mosport definitely could do it. Only happened at Road America for me, gets about as fast as Mosport.

Nice meeting up with you too. Looking forward to taking a look at your car up close some day soon. I hear you're putting on some new pieces in the near future and I'm extremely jealous!!!

Cheers

Damn man how many tires did you buy

I'll be waiting to hear your review on the Beatrush diff cradle. I've had my eye on it more than a few times.
