Not really, the rear sway and end links sucked getting them back in. It was just a pain in the *** doing it alone with no extra hands
I hear that. Just out of curiosity, on yours, the two bolts that attach the strut to the spindle on the front, were both bolt/nuts 19mm like the instructions said?

For some reason on mine the bottom bolt was 19mm but the nut on it was 21mm which I of course discovered after I had everything else unbolted.

I didn't look at any instructions, but they were both 19mm.

Was there a 21mm on both sides? That is really weird... I've never seen a 21mm bolt on struts.

Now I gotta fix this clunk I have in the front. I think it's from my sway bar. I need to get it up on some rams so I can see what it really is. It only clunks when I turn the wheels about 180 degrees, and only at low speed like getting in and out of parking spaces.

Been a while since I've updated. Pulled off the Cobb springs, after only driven on them for about 300 miles.

New stuff:
Tanabe GF springs
eBay front lip (painted with Plasti Dip)
Vinyl yellow fogs lights
35% tint strip on the windshield

I haven't posted an engine bay shot yet. I never think about taking a picture. hah

the engine shot looks great. I just ordered the TXS FMIC myself. Glad I did.

Thanks!

So I picked up a new set of tires yesterday. RE-01R 265/35/18

Dropped off the car to have them mounted and balanced and they scratched and chipped my wheels. I didn't notice until I got back to work, so I have to meet up with the manager sometime next week so he can look at it.

Ouch, sorry to hear about the wheel mounting issues.

I bet you're going to love the 265 RE01Rs though! They'll fit the 18x9.5s really nicely.

Mike, I really like the tires so far, but I've only put ~15 miles on the car on dry pavement.

tomtom I got them mounted at Virginia Tire & Auto in Ashburn.

Finally got a chance to wash the car as well, and so I could really look at the wheels. Seems that every wheel has marks and chips where they used a took to pry the tire off the wheel.

Well I finished washing my car and parked it on the street, ~30 minutes later my friends dad came back from getting his work truck and side swiped my car. Gonna need a new fender, possibly a new bumper, repaint on bumper and fender and front lip.

Might take this chance to paint match the front lip, and change the wheel color. We'll see...
