Default Question on a plate delete for a '13 STI

Finally moved my front plate off to the side via the tow hook and I actually like it. Now I need to cover the plate area as I formerly had the plate mounted the Totsubo little blocks and when I originally installed a few thousand miles ago I didn't pull the back off and just relied on the well nuts. So the back part of the tape/edge of the metal blocks rubbed that area a bit. Anyways looking for something to hide that area but those square mounting things are not meant to be used in the US and overseas they put metal mounting things behind the front bumper. Therefore the front plate holes which the dealer did drill originally I can use just need to find some relatively cheap and tasteful thing to put there. I don't want to give a vendor exposure really. Maybe something that says Subaru (too many STI logos all over). Wish I just left the front plate where it was originally using the holes that the dealer drilled before they gave it to the first owner.

So any recommendations?

Make your own plate! Measure draw your design and cut what you want or paint something!

I've seen that ghetto way. Then tape it on?
