Aquamist Water Injection System 2c Universal
This newly developed system is designed solely for users equipped with their own ECU so he can program his own water injection map. This system is being used by two top works WRC teams in the 1999 World Rally Championship. The system provides a pre-pressurised water line up to 8 bars and the flow rate is metered by our latest High speed Valve (HSV). The inline valve is made of high grade Stainless steel and capable of achieving a cycling rate of over 250Hz.
Interfacing and Drive Signal: Due to the huge number of custom Electronic Management System available on the market, we have selected a set of parts that will work effectively on most systems. In references to the schemetic diagram on the bottom of this page, the only parts that requires interfacing is the HSV (High Speed Valve). Refinements such as flow rate and block jet detection can easily be obtained with a minimum of signal conditioning parts to achieve a fully integrated water injection system with diagnostic capablities.
HSV (high speed valve): In almost all cases, the compatibility of the drive signal is of the utmost importance for good flow control. The HSV has a coil resistance of 13 ohm, it is suitable to be driven by the standard fuel injector signals, including the "pulse and hold" driver. As the designed operating cycling speed of the valve is over double of the standard fuel injectors (250Hz+), it is not necessary to use low impedance windings. The valve is terminated with water proof sealed connectors (IP65).
Manifold (with 2-10 bar adjustable pressure switch): The manifold comes with an adjustable pressure switch (2-10 bars), its primary function was to regulate the water pressure during injection and idle periods (set at 5 bars). As the pulsed signal from the pressure switch is directly proportional to the flow of water, it can either be recorded by an on board data acquistion system for diagnostic purposes or read by the control ECU to monitor blockage or water jet and other faults that may arise.

Spearco Top Mount Intercooler
The intercooler is a crucial part of a turbocharged cars engine. It improves efficiency and power by cooling the air entering the combustion chamber, therefore increasing density and compression. Simply, they give your car more horsepower. As a turbocharged car is modified, under hood temperatures increase and more cool air is required to mix with the increased fuel use. A factory intercooler simply cannot keep up. The key to increasing cooling is increasing surface area. To do this you must make the intercooler larger or thicker. Only then can the engine reach its full potential for making power.
Spearco is synonymous with quality intercoolers. Spearco’s WRX intercooler kit features the largest air-to-air top-mount intercooler on the market. Increased size and volume means more surface area which is of utmost importance when it comes to heat dissipation and efficient cooling. Aps Blow Off Valve
APS designed the APS high volume twin vent blow off valve specifically for the Subaru Impreza WRX/STI. It is an ideal enhancement for applications using the standard turbocharger up to large 600 hp units. With its huge capacity the APS blow off valve gives you the ultimate in turbocharger durability and improved turbo response particularly during gear changes. A mammoth 1.375" (34 mm) internal bore size delivers huge capacity and at full piston travel, all ports are fully exposed for maximum blow off volume.
The APS twin vent BOV features 30 micron hard anodized, T6 billet aluminium body, low friction bronze piston, all stainless steel hardware including spring and Viton 'O' rings.
The large primary vent is designed to plumb back to the standard entry point which ensures the best driveability during cruise conditions and cures the problems seen with after market external single venting blow off valves.
And for large turbochargers running high boost pressure levels, the APS twin vent blow off valve continues to vent through to the second stage port.

Agency Power GT35 Turbo Kit
With months of testing, developing, and designing, Agency Power has completed the best GT35R complete turbo kit for your Subaru WRX or STI vehicle. This turbo kit is a bolt on high horsepower solution to your 2.0L or 2.5L car. The AP big GT35R turbo kit is designed to maximize performance for street, drag, or the ultimate road racing needs.
The kit includes all T304 stainless steel piping that is TIG welded and thick flanges. Piping includes a new 3" downpipe that will fit to your aftermarket or factory exhaust, a new uppipe to work with the factory style headers, a wastegate dump pipe, and a new intake pipe with MAF mount for perfect readings. The Garrett GT35R turbo is a complete ball bearing turbine that has a .63a/r for fast spool up and includes an 84 trim wheel. The turbo is both oil and water cooled. Agency Power supplies the necessary steel braided Teflon lines and Rubber hoses need to fit the factory connections. We also include a Tial 38mm wastegate to control pressure for maximum boost needs. The intake functions with a reusable K&N cone air filter. A stamped bracket is included to keep the intake pipe firm in place. Silicone couplers are available in red to connect the necessary piping. The kit includes an intercooler adapter pipe which connects from the compressor of the turbo to the intercooler piping. We have tested the kit with the APS, TurboXS, Perrin, and OEM top and front mount intercoolers. Lastly all stainless steel hardware is included to bolt the turbo kit together keeping it hassle for free for the life of it on the car.
The Agency Power GT35R turbo kit is designed to make over 500 wheel horsepower on race gas and over 400 wheel horsepower on pump gas as tested on the STI. The WRX will produce less horsepower on the stock motor. All numbers vary depending on car modifications, tuning, and environment. This turbo is custom designed to spool up at around 4000rpm's to give the best horsepower response throughout the powerband. The turbo is capable or running 30psi and greater of boost, however we recommend many modifications to ensure the safety of the motor.
If you do not have all your modifications necessary, please contact one of our sales reps to advise you on necessary parts to maximize horsepower. We recommend having the following parts: Front Mount Intercooler, ECU, Fuel Pump, Injectors, Fuel Rails, Catback Exhaust. Forced Performance FP68hta
veryone has seen or heard about Evo3 16g turbos and TD05H 18g turbos for the Subaru 2.0 and 2.5 engines, the newest turbo is the FP 68HTA™Turbocharger for the Subaru STi/WRX unit which out flows both the E316g and 18g wheels and allows for higher PR operation without increased compressor outlet temperatures like the existing 16g and 18g wheels. Mass flow is increased to a whopping 47lb/min which is several lb/min greater than either the E316g or the 18g wheels are capable of. Rapid spool and large torque numbers are guaranteed by the TD05H turbine section. These units are constructed from Genuine MHI 16g turbochargers which are reconfigured to 68HTA specs by Forced Performance.

Because we rotate the turbo to the side of the engine we can use a larger, smoother and straighter intake system. , and pretty much any size turbo we want! The PERRIN turbo kit places the turbo in the optimum position to attach to almost every aftermarket front mount intercooler.
New Cold Air Intake Hose
Yes Perrin's newly revised turbo kit includes a completly new 3" cold air intake system. This new inlet hose is designed to supplied fresh cold air to your Garrett GT turbo. The new intake has fittings for all your crank case, valve cover breatherst and other emissions control hoses. You will see 2 very important changes to our intake system.
* No MAF sensor housing
The MAF Sensor housing has been moved to our revolutionary new Blow-thu boost tube. The Blow-Thru boost tube places the MAF sensor inline between the intercooler and the throttle body. Now your ECU will receive a temperature correct reading.
* No BOV recirculation fitting
For the first time you can now safely use a Vent to atmosphere blow of valve on your Subaru! Because we moved the MAF sensor to the Blow-thru boost tube just before the throttle body now vent extra boost pressure without the risk of running lean due to a loss of metered air. Any air vented from the blow off valve is now before the MAF sensor allowing the ECU to always receive a accurate reading or air entering the engine.
PERRIN intake systems always include a high flow foam filter element, perfect for large turbo applications. Also included are silicone adapters, and vacuum hoses for the installation. The new 3" pipe aluminum piping look good and out performs previous intake designs.
Up-pipe
The PERRIN Rotated Kit up-pipe is a TIG welded, CNC mandrel bent, 2" 304SS tube with .500" CNC cut flanges. The external waste gate is plumbed into the up-pipe with a smooth transition from the wastegate to the exhuast system allowing for smoother exhaust flow and greater control of boost levels. The up-pipe is designed to bolt to a factory exhaust manifold for those who choose to use the stock manifold. We do recommend that you consider the PERRIIN exhaust header. It is a great way to lower the spool RPM, and make more power throughout the RPM band.
Down PipeDownpipe
The downpipe is TIG welded, CNC mandrel bent, 3" 304SS tube with .500" CNC cut flanges. The PERRIN downpipe features an auxiliary dump tube to recirculate exhaust gasses from the waste gate back into the exhaust system eliminating the risk of fire and melting components from high heat associated with wastegates that just dump under the hood. The PERRIN downpipe dump tube features a floating flange design which can move and adjust to the extreme exhaust temperatures. The tight slip fit allows for expanding and contracting of the wastegate dump tube while still proving a nice tight seal. This slip fit also allows for easy quick removal of the wastegate with out having to unfasten V-band clamps, or flange connections.
At its base the downpipe features a exhaust flange designed to bolt up to your OEM catback exhaust. In turn most aftermarket catback exhausts and the original stock exhaust system will bolt right up to our turbo kit. Of course any of the PERRIN Catback exhaust systems will bolt up too.
Tial Wastegate PERRIN/TiAl 44mm Wastegate
This Wastegate is a key part to controlling boost. We choose the Tial� 44mm with V-band connections. V-band connections allow for a tighter more compact install of the turbo kit. Tial� is a premier brand specializing in wastgate design. Their high quality NiCrFe based alloy valves and 347SS valve housings will offer longer product life compared to competing designs. A 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resisting "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C). The 44mm model features a larger diameter valve compared to other kits, which makes for flawless boost control. A 14psi WG spring is included with the kit but many other spring choices exist!
Surge portSurge Ports
When applicable(GT3076R and GT4088R), Perrin chose a turbo with compressor surge ports. These are important for controlling surge at low RPM. There are 2 types of surge, surge when the BOV doesn't work well, and surge when the turbo pushes more air than the engine consumes. The surge ports on the turbo are designed to reduce this big "push" of air and broaden the compressor map at lower airflows, where this surge can occur.
Identifying surge ports on a turbocharger can be described as looking like another intake on the compressor housing. The outer port, has small slots machined at the bottom, that allow air to enter the compressor wheel. This allows for air to "recirculate" at low airflow, and in turn pushes the surge limit toward lower RPMs. The GT3076R, AND GT4088R turbos Perrin uses has these surge ports.
*Fits all STi models 2004-2007, 2005 STI models may require minor grinding of of transmission casting for clearance.
* WRX models 2002+ require the purchase of one additional oil lines and fittings. All 5 speed transmission vehicles will also require minor grinding of of transmission casting and a soft bend in the dip stick sleeve for clearance.
BLOW-THRU BOOST TUBE MUST BE PURCHASED WITH THIS KIT IF THE FACTORY MAF SYSTEM IS TO BE RETAINED. IF YOU ARE SWITCHING TO MAP YOU DO NOT NEED THE BLOW-THRU BOOST TUBE.
