I used High Temp Engine Paint with ceramic, i couldn't find radiator paint in anything but silver. anyways, what do you mean dremeling a hole? the aps 70mm is made to fit without dremeling i thought....what kind of numbers do you expect i should make considering you've been tuned by jorge on that dyno?

you will have to make the hole leading into the fender well a tiny bit bigger all the way around to get the pipe to slide through. Make sure you atleast paint the trimmed edge. I put rust inhibitor on mine just for good measure.

With a little bit of force, it will fit without trimming. But then you f-up your nice new red pipe.

I won't even venture a guess as to what kind of power you'll put down. I will say that it should be significantly more than me. You've got better heads and a bigger tmic.
