Sorry for the crappy pictures. Brother sent them.
Here's the Shiftknob Extension & the Shift Knob.
I'll drive down to my parents place on Saturday and mount it.

Depending how it performs we might build a couple, have them anodized and sell them

So, Friday is usually a good day, right guys?!
Well. It's still a good day, just got a little more expensive

Went to my Photography Buddy to pick something up. Parked the car in front of his house, we sat down to enjoy the car, talked about it when I noticed steam comming out of the grille.
"Uhm. Why is my car smoking?"
Popped the hood.
Didn't find any NOS but a blown Radiator.
Gonna order a Mishimoto Full Aluminium Radiator now.

Any demurs? (Do you say it like that?)

I have a Mishimoto rad and love it, but many folks will suggest you get a Koyo. Pretty sure both come with lifetime warranty so take your pick

One source told me the koyo cooled like 20degF better than the comparable Mishimoto, but Im not sold on his statement...

Idin,
yeah I was going to swap for a full aluminium radiator anyway one day. I just didn't expect it to come this soon So thanks for confirming what I've figured out also.

BlueScooby,
I just checked with dealers and there aren't any here in Germany having the Koyo Radiator.
Amazon Germany has 3 Mishimoto in Stock and it would be here by monday if I'll order via express. So I go for that option.
307/342$ seem alright to me

Also have a look at Process West radiators. At least as good as the other two.

First thing that pops up when I type Process West Subaru Radiator is a V Mount kit.
No Idin. Not yet
Process West Radiators are even more rare than their Top Mount Intercoolers in Germany.
But thanks for the hint
Mishimoto is on the way

Lars sent me this picture yesterday:

Ignore the Turbo (it's for a Diesel BMW).

I wish I had gone with a Mishimoto. Could have saved money over my Koyorad and the Koyo is bowed anyhow Looking good though!

Default Re: Ben's MY05 WRB Type UK STI - Mishimoto Radiator installed #40

So it's in. Quite a pain without a lift to be honest. And since I couldn't get the Car high enough on Jackstands to have a comfortable work space,...
I dropped the U-Frame...
After that, it was easy going.

After I got back home I tried to mount the Shifter Extension but quickly figured out that the thread is wrong. Either my brother messed it up or I messed it up looking for the correct thread and gave him the wrong info.
Will fix it on Friday

These are the only two pictures, I was busy working:

Fitment is perfect

Edit:
Checked my sketches for the shifter extension and indeed. I just wrote down M12 thread without the pitch. So he assumed it's the regular pitch for the thread which for M12 is 1.75. The Subaru Shifters have a M12 Thread with a 1.25 pitch.
