Thank you! I think rockauto sells those axles as well! Maybe I'll get PS pump and axle from rockauto for now and then maybe rebuild the OEM pump at some point.

anyone have experience with rock auto replacement axles or PS pump that would make them recommend not to use them?

Think I'm gonna place the order tomorrow unless anyone has anything to say.

Also the "ram" section of my intake is no longer there... so now it's a hot air intake, with the snorkus still attached.. should I remove snorkus and run like that, buy new intake, or is there another option? I really did love hearing the turbo spool up in my wrx which had a perrin SRI.

anyone have any experience?

if your wondering why the ram section is gone, the PO broke the bolts that hold it in place, and he didn't include it with the car either, he prob threw it in the trash because he included everything else, extra floormats, factory shifter, and bushings, factory downpipe... or he just forget about the piece of intake... idk

Source the funnel section from the forums, it's cheap and definitely helps a ton with the IAT. Someone actually tested this on NASIOC and it was a pretty significant difference. If the bolts are broken inside the holes then you'll have to drill it out and maybe re-tap it. The GD intake is not restrictive at stage 2 power levels (possibly better designed than the GR intake) so no need for a CAI, especially if you can't tune for it immediately.

I asked previous owner if he still had it laying around...
The bolts are broken in the holes and need to be drilled out and re tapped.

Only reason I want an intake is for the sound lol I love being able to hear the turbo spool, all I hear right now is the loud ass exhaust lol

Hopefully diff gasket, sensor, and vent valve will arrive today. I ordered the axle and PS pump off rock auto this morning.

took the surtrac axle from rockauto up to my mechanic today along with all the gear oil.

The diff gasket, diff temp sensor and vent valve came later on but he was already closed.

I'm hoping to have her back next tuesday or wednesday.

still have more things to sort out tho..

gauges
electrical nonsense
valve cover gaskets done the road
struts
winter wheels?/tires

and more stuff I'm currently forgetting

ok so I am completely confused on this axle situation...

subaru parts guy told me the part number I need is 28321fe001

can anyone tell me if this has two male ends or one male/ one female?

according to the screenshot I attached for my build date, I need a male/female

also buddy says I either can do two new flanges for exhaust or get a aftermarket midpipe because right now I have aftermarket downpipe, stock midpipe, aftermarket catback lol

any recommendations on midpipes?

Just get under your car and see if you have a pussy axle or a wang axle.

Pussy will have a pin through it to hold it to the stub coming from the tranny. Wang axle has the stub attatched to it, and you just pop it in the tranny.

He says I need male on both sides. I just ordered one. The confusion is on partsgeek.com it says for my build date that its should have a pussy one but he's saying I need a male... idk.
