Default 05 STI...Oh how I missed my subie

Not even sure where to start. My first subie was an 04 WRX Limited. I spent 3 good years with that car and 3 motors. I ran it hard but built it right in the end. The car was later totaled. Here is a video of the motor I built.
https://www.youtube.com/v/2RgP-i8oMTE

This happened when someone ran a stop sign and I never saw them

After that I randomly decided to buy an EVO. So I picked up an 06 EVO 9 MR

Spent most my money from the car accident in upgrading the EVO with some nice parts. After 4 months the transmission decided to start having issues as most EVO's do. So I traded it in for my next ride.

My 2007 Mustang GT/CS

Spent a couple years upgrading the parts on the car to make it to my liking. But I always looked for another subie.

So while deployed I happened to come across an 05 STI with some heavy upgrades. So I rolled the dice, sold the mustang, and bought the STI. Actually was owned by a member on this forum.

After finally seeing the car for the first time after buying it, it needed some tlc. Had some pretty nasty leaks; the front half shaft leaked, the oil filter housing leaked, and the ac was broke. After having all this fixed, within the first couple days of driving, I blew a hole in the flex piece of the grimmspeed up pipe.

Also decided to build a sound wall behind the rear seat to quiet in the inside of the car down. It also helped me mount an amp to behind the seats. Here is how

Also added peal and seal to help with sound

All this helped keep the road noise out of the car.

Added 8inch subs under each seat for some minor bass to equal out the stereo system.

Next up was to paint the interior to match the S204. I ordered a red hazard switch and went to work

Installed AEM digital gauges into the clock pod. Wiring was simple.

Went around the car on the outside and switched all the pink badging for red badging from the newer years. Added an amazon front lip. Pained it flat black with a light coat of clear.

Of course the biggest change was the suspension and the rims. I decided to go with ISC coilovers with 1k in the front and 800 in the rear. I went with Rota Grid 17x9 42mm with a 255 on all four corners.

Actually didnt have to do anything. I am sure had I gone lower with the suspension I would have to roll my fenders. I have yet to have an issue of tires hitting my fender and the car sits pretty low already.
