Update!
The gauges are about to be put in, along with the complete infinity sound system. All the carpeting and the back seats have to be taken out to hide all the cables. A day or two with of work!

Dude heres 3 reason's why you're an idiot

1. you have a 2005 NOT a 2007 Limited Edition.
2. Everything was replaced in the car that was stolen or whatever happened to all of it.
3. i bought a 2007 STI with 39k miles for $28,000.

Now with all of that said. i would have jumped on this deal in a heart beat. he got it for under $20,000 thats a hell of a deal

Lmfao.... wow, you take the cake.

In December of 2006 i paid for a 2007 UGM sti and was one of the very first people in the country to rock one. Car came with 5 miles on the dash and i paid 33k out the door.

but yes, i guess you are a regular ole Einstein on these forums. You did a great job snagging up a used up 40k mile sti for $28k. :slow clap:

You really are the brightest crayon in the box.

Ive owned 3 stis and a bugeye, reading comprehension pwns j00. i wrote, clearly, i bought an 07 sti in 06.... so now that i have an 05, i guess its demanding too much of your brain to come up with the conclusion maybe a car bought 6 years ago might have been sold since then and a different one replaced it.

i have one question. why the fuck are you still here? you're obviously more interested in telling everyone you had more than one sti. go make a thread or something im sure SOMEONE would be interested.

Mr. Jingles keep updating this thread. im doing almost the exact same build but with different pistons, cams, rods.

To scoop or not to scoop... that is the question. Since I have an FMIC now there's really no need for a scoop. yes it does look cool and its a signature subie look but will only allow more water and junk onto the engine since there's no intercooler. Or, should I keep the hood scoop and block the hole?

if you have the cash get a carbon hood and trunk so it matches.

The limited edition STI's trunk is of a different build. A regular STI trunk won't fit. Most aftermarket trunks don't take that into account. I would definitely get a CF trunk with it but i think i'm just going to keep the OEM hood. Save me some money for something else.
Like if I somehow mess up my headlights or taillights when taking them apart lol (knock on wood)
