My insurance company Progressive insurance is a horrid company. They wanted to use non-oem parats (headlights, hood among things) Tried to only replace 2 tires out of 4 after being informed the possible damaged that could occur. They even tried to replace tires with different brand!
The shop I choose as you see in my first post was IAG Performance. A awesome shop out in westminster kinda a hike for me from Columbia. The staff at this shop is Amazing Mike and Drew are great. Mike went up to bat for me again and again to get things done right. When progressive tried to say non oem headlight replacement., Mike said no way. So progressive answer was to use a out of state vender for used sti headlights -.-. Mike advised progressive on 3/13 to get new oem headlights finally resolved on 3/27 with new oem.
Next was the freaking tires such a nightmare a huge mess. I originally had KDW 1's on my car. But the adjuster stated can not find them so 2 new KDW 2 with my 1s. Mike right away knew this would ruin my difft over time. And said if you replace 2 you have to replace all 4. So the adjust just sit on it and went to her boss both said 2 only. And the two the adjuster choose were the wrong tires. Luckily another adjuster comes into the picture and reads the manual and says no brainer 4 new tires! This is after Mike explained this to the first adjuster and her boss 2 weeks before!!!! They both choose not to listen nor care. Progressive cause this repair to be 30 days worth of crap.
Quality and perfection was put into play by IAG performance when handling my car and my claim. The company seems to understand that we are people not just another dollar. And they want to treat us like people every step of the way, and get things perfect. Mike was great with this arguing for my car to be done correctly and to IAG standards. When I went to pick of my car today Mike went over everything with me made sure to answer every single question. He even is a very sociable dude nice to talk to even after working all day. You can tell these guys love what they do and love seeing the smiling face of a pleased customer.
The body work along with the paint work quality is show room stuff. Cant beat it honestly unless its your day job and you are a pro? I dont want this to seem like someone glorifying this shop. I just want people that dont know this shop is amazing and will make you happy no matter how annoying this turn out to be!,
I will post up some photos of the car in a bit just rather tired now!
I hope this post helps some people in question or whom need a new shop to venture to the doors of IAG I am glad I made this shop my new shop. I am sure I forgot to mention some things, but you get the point
/rant.
Happy subie owner!

not my fault! One at fault accident out of 10 years of driving.
I was going through intersection green light
The guy who hit me was supposed to yield to oncoming traffic to the left. He didnt bother stopping or looking. He T-Boned me. Turns out he was in a company truck has a suspended license. He was going 50 mph I was only going 35 mph. Not my fault at all. Now I have injuries therapy and missing work for 1+ month.
So comments like you posted are not needed., yes I am taking it personal. First accident was due to my lack of knowledge and not changing tires.
