BJJ brown belt or JJ brown? Whatever the case, sweeeeeeeeeeeet.

Yes, don't mess with Jew-Jitsu folks -- they'll mess you up something bad - lol

BJJ brown belt. Oh, and don't worry about your girl being too classy for us, I think we can handle it, so send some pics!

Did you get the A-Frame pod? How does that one look -- I see this glowshiftdirect has the white one, to match my interior ... I want to see a real pic of one in a STi, though -- have you seen any on this site yet? I keep seeing the dash board one, but I like my clock ;-)

Do you know which Yakima rack you have (number?)?

Thanks again for the suggestions!

Gauges - I'm a frugal kinda guy, so I went with prosports (Oil temp & pressure, Boost & AFR so far) and they work great for me (for a fraction of the cost of other brands.) Also, check out glowshiftdirect.com for the A-pillar, they have the best deals by far and I am also very happy with the stuff I got from them (wouldn't buy gauges from them, though, they look kinda crappy.)

Yea, I have the A-pillar pod (3 gauges), but it's black. Haven't seen the white one mounted, but I did have a Glowshiftdirect thread on here that I started a while back, with some ppl chiming in that bought stuff from them before. Find the thread and maybe one of them has it.

The yakima rack - No number on it, and I remember trying to look it up on line before but I wasn't sure what model or anything it was. You can basically put their stuff together from different parts (rails and stuff), so it's kinda hard to figure out the pricing and all. I can take a pic of it, if you'd like, not sure if that would give you more than you know right now.

I also want ot keep my clock in the center, so I'm looking into a zerosports-type gauge pod. Unfortunately the ones I've seen so far are all for 60mm or ridiculously expensive. Original ZP pod is like $200. These guys have some replicas, but they're also 60mm - https://www.iwsti.com/forums/styling-...ories-wrx.html
You can also see my ramblings about the 52mm adapters if you read the whole thread.
I think I might go for that pod, just have to build some cheap and decent looking 52mm/60mm adapters.

BJJ Brown, eh ... on the road to black :-) Who do you train under, if I may ask? Go to any competitions lately?

As for the pod -- thanks. Yeah, I see some images in Google, but not on the STi. Guess I'll have to keep looking. Carbon fiber is nice, but I think too much of that stuff looks kitchy ... just my opinion, of course.

Did you install the gauges yourself? How easy was it? Installing them on old Chevys isn't so bad, because you have a lot of room ... Japanese cars are always a pain to work with. I guess I will attempt to do this, though ... why not.

I'll look for your thread -- the A-Pillar pod is really cheap there (like 40 bucks) ... with the weak dollar, that's like lunch for a day here :P Gauges, on the other hand, aren't all that cheap, but the ones you pointed out where pretty cheap compared to others I saw ... interesting indeed!

I'll browse around and do some more reading ...

Also check out www.gaugepods.com // Lotek Inc. They are basically Lotek and make 2-3 guage pods for the A-Pillar. They even paint match for our interior. You can even specify that you want 2 upper 60mm gauge slots, and one 52mm gauge slot on the bottom just how I did mine.

AEM Wideband with Defi EGT and Boost:

I also had the a-pillar pod wrapped in CF!

No problem I personally would go with Defi gauges, they match the STi PERFECTLY, high quality, and DEF worth the money. Its the perfect gauges for the STi.

Yeah, looks like I'll order the grey A-pillar 3-gauge pod ...

As for the gauges ... I noticed the DeFi gauges have US and non-US gauges ... they have a TURBO gauge for me (using kPa instead of PSI ... god damit, conversion time!)

You install your own gauges?

^Yup, theres a how-to here:
GaugesHowTo

You can either get the gauges in PSI or Bar, your choice. 1 Bar is 14.5 PSI which is what the car runs on stock boost levels.

Your going to hate me.....I can list just about anything you will want for the STi, your bank account will REALLY hate me .
