Anybody else having issues with the heads lifting on their motors?

Seems to be an issue on both my cars running 25 PSI w/ E85.

Anybody have any suggestions on procedure for leveling scales in my uneven garage? I have the scales and made some wood ramps, but it's pretty obvious my garage is not even. I was going to tape off the squares for the scales so I know where to put them each time, but how do I go about determining the proper shim for each pad?

I was thinking put a car on one direction then put it on the other direction, but I don't know what to do with the numbers once I do that.
