Absolutely. The oil cooler helps because prior to converting to R205 Spec C twinscroll turbo I went for a couple of track day with oil cooler installed. The Subaru service guys didn’t believe me that I did track day because others who went without oil cooler always struggled with overheating while I don’t. The engine didn’t even lose oil or coolant and it went for many2 laps until my AD08R and brakes are gone. If I remembered correctly at that time the oil tempt stayed steady at 220 Deg F During track day.
