I just bought a set of 18x8.5 WedsSport TC105X. They are 16.8 pounds compared to ~22 pounds for stock. My 19" tires aren't quite worn out yet, so I'll just be sitting on the wheels until I'm ready to buy a set of 18" tires for them.

Do you mind to share what's the offset of your TC105X?
The reason I need to switching to 18" sooner than later is due to the weather getting cold soon and sitting on summer tires might not be a good idea once snowing.

Thanks for sharing the info.
How close to the fender with +45?
I will install RPF1 18x8.5 +30 and want to check if extra 15mm will need rolling the fender.

+45 is what my OEM wheels have, so it's not super close to the fender. I'd bet that you won't need to roll the fender with +30.

That's very helpful.
BTW, does type RA and base share the same chassis dimension? I assume yours is RA?

As far as I know the RA had identical chassis dimensions with all other STi. Yes, mine is an RA.

Can you post a pic assuming you’re OE suspension?
I’m not lowering my 2020 and my carry over 18x9.5 +40 is wrapped with 255/35R18. It looked fine when it was lowered. But that’s 25" and I want to try 245/40R18 which is 25.6-.7"

9.5" +40 offset looks ok with OE height and camber

Stock looks better but they are heavy 52.8 lbs.

I don't have any pics at the moment but my car is lowered on RCE yellows. The fitment is pretty much perfect with the PS4S on a 245/40/18. It looks very similar to yours tbh as my rims are +38.
