You have the parts to provide proper pressure. Its not proper pressure in the chart posted, FP is not tracking boost. There is a setting for Fuel Pump Duty in a AccessTuner. Either it is wrong, or you have a mechanical problem.

Got it, thanks. I’m removed the vacuum line and fuel pressure rose to 46psi. Im thinking it’s the fuel pump at the higher rpms and I’m going to just buy a new one.

His FP duty is 100% at WOT, it's in the logs. However it is not in his pre logs.
