Default Not hitting as much boost PSI as usual

I have the Cobb Stage 1+ map and usually i hit over 18Psi but now on everage its about 16.5 currently. Could this be due to low coolant? My AC compressor started making a strange noise and i think thats what drained the coolant and i just realized today it is below the low level. Could lower boost be due to low coolant then?

There is a table in the ECU that lowers boost in cooler temps. Ideally, you'll get more are at lower boost pressures, however, I like having all the boosts.
