i have to agree with everyone that says the inlet is a ***** to replace. Im trying to install a Gimmick and its kicking my ***. I will def use a hard inlet if i ever go with bigger turbo...prob alot better to just remove the manifold altho it may take longer but trying to wiggle a silicon in tiny opening was about the death of me

I'm interested as well in this when I go with a slightly bigger turbo soon, Since APS is no longer available. Would like to see some more pics.

I really think this piece would be a great addition to any build but only so long as you're already going in to do other work in the area i.e. phenolic spacers, port/polish intake manifold, tgv deletes, throttle body knife edging, etc. Buying this piece and doing it alone does not nearly seem worth the work or effort to me.

If anyone has problems installing our inlet, we advise you have it professionally installed by an installation facility.
If your turbo inlet, when installed, does not look like any of the vehicles shown below, then again, we advise you do have it professionally installed..

Yea...dont buy this if you are putting it on a larger turbo. It is a waste of money. Cannot get it to fit for the life of me and my buddy is a pro installer. The fitment is all off....Crap/

Sorry you and your "pro installer" had issues but fitment is not off.

Half of those vehicle's we posted above have upgraded 3" compressor turbochargers on them.

All upgraded 3" compressor housings have a tight fit. This is a common thing. Takes patients and time for installation. If your "pro installer" has never done a 3" compressor turbocharger install with a hard pipe before and this was his first, then yes, you will notice it is a tight fit.

You do not have to take our word for it, you can use the search tab on this forum or others to find out yourself. You are fitting a 3" compressor inlet in a spot designed for a 2.4" inlet, it is going to be tight.

Again, we recommend having an experienced performance facility to install this on your vehicle if you are having trouble doing this in your garage.

Well, the inlet just does not want to fit on this size turbo...Now I got to go get a Perrin. The Coupler needs to be longer or something...
