Hi there..

Thanks for writing back in. The GT52 is not necesszarily for a built motor is will do just fine on a stock bottom end. However the GT52s sweet spot is about 22psi so where the GT52 really shines is with some sort of increased octane fuel or some sort of additive like water or meth injection. This is where you will notice the most difference on a GT52.

The 52 will make about 20-30 HP more than a 49 in most instances and both turbos spool up in a very quick amount of time. Both of these turbos provide rotated-like HP figures at a smaller price point and of coruse they bolt on.

You will not need require an external gate with either unit although you could run one if you would like. Even the Element Tuning Time Attack car that runs a GT52 uses a stock bottom end and internal WG.

Thanks and hope this helps, let me know if you want to get one of these bad boys on order.

Cheers,

W1

The GT52 turbo charger provides full boost or about 21 PSI by about 3750-3800 on cars equipped with Element ECUs which is the ECU that most of the testing has been done with. The GT49 provides the same amount of boost by about 3400 on similar cars. The GT49 is very "green like" in nature, and slightly bigger than a TD06 20G of the .44lb/per min variety.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

So, the GT52 will get 21 PSI by about 3750-3800. That's pretty good, what are the HP/TQ numbers by then and at the top end?. Also, how about the installation setup...I mean, I have a COBB AP v2 in order and need to know if this will work with your Kit.

Thanks.

The piping is a lot harder to make without the kit and our cost is $$$. Obviously we want to sell the whole kit, but we will sell the piping for $1899 shipped. I know that is a lot and I apologize in advance.
