i just want to know what the db lvl is with the silencer, b/c i don't want to pay $700 more for the JIC midpipe

Because of this product being so new for the STI there has not been any testing on the DB levels.

If you ask how loud it is, even with the silencer, you need to understand that it is still really LOUD

Probably not street legal, but then again...not many people have exhausts that are street legal. Joey here has the loudest STI I have ever heard and he has never got a ticket or pulled over for it.

GReddy tested sound levels inside the car, windows up and windows down. At cruise and full throttle. Also on drive by. Windows down was mostly wind noise.

Inside Windows Down	95db WOT 94db Cruise	99db WOT 95db Cruise
Stationary Rev 7K rpm	94db	99db
