These are Prodrive UK take off Ver. 9 STi Spec-C take off Rims. These Rims have been mounted in Japan. The cars were driven onto a container in Japan, and where Driven off in the UK. And then dismounted.
So they are used, for less then 10 miles!

17x8, 5x114.3, +53 Offset!

As you can see, the Enkei is on the Right and the OEM BBS is on the left. So there is a color difference in the Gold. Also its hard to tell from these images, but the spoke design is different as well.

Its made by Enkei rather then BBS.
And this rim was only offered in the Japanese Market on the Spec-C's
