33" in diameter. Scooby 19" set ups will fit with no problems.

Do they come with the padded felt thing that goes ontop of the rim, so they won't get scratched? Tire Rack has samething, but thats a great deal if they came with that circle pad for the rim protection.

I have ordered my helmet through these guys...great people and prices!
