Default New Wheels Team Dynamics

Hi everyone,

We are a new and upcoming vendor. I have a container of the Pro Race 1.2 wheels coming in fresh from the UK. We are proud to be the first and only retailer to offer these wheels for Subaru in the USA.

We offer currently 17x8 and 18x8 in 5x100 and 5x114.3 for 04-06 STI, Forester, Legacy and WRX. Listed below is the color chart. You can also order them in RAW aluminum and powder coat them in any color yourself. The gold wheel below in the pic s a custom gold not the one shipping from the manufacture (see color chart)

These wheels are cast using a pressure cast method but are heat treated using a patented Nobleizing hardening process. These are competition wheels used in the British Touring car racing and are regarded to rival most forged wheels at 1/3 of the cost.

18 inch wheel is 20 pounds
17 wheel is 18 pounds.

Here are some sample images

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p139/bryjb10/14419085328.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>

We are also going to be bringing in some Pro Race 1.0 wheels which are the wheels used in the Mitsubushi Evo FQ400. We will offer these for Subaru and Evo.

Our site is not operational yet but you can email me for prices at:

bryan@rallypartsexpress.com

Cheers!

Bryan,
What is the difference between the Pro Race 1.0 and 1.2? From the pics on TD's website it looks like they are almost identical to the pics you have posted for the 1.2. Different weight?

PM me what colors you have in 17x8 5x114.3 coming on this container and eta.
Thanks,
Jeff

I believe they call for a +53, which is same as the stock 17x8

Here is the Pro Race 1.0.

<a href='http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=5/14423135826.jpg&s=f5' target='_blank'><img src='http://f5.putfile.com/5/14423135826-thumb.jpg' alt='Click to enlarge.'></a>

<a href='http://www.putfile.com'><img border='0' src='http://f5.putfile.com/5/14423121010.jpg' alt='Hosted by Putfile.com'></a>
I believe the Pro Race 1.0's are slightly heaver. 17x8 and weigh 19.38 lbs and the Pro Race 1.2 at 18x8 is 20 pounds

<a href='http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=5/14423025424.jpg&s=f5' target='_blank'><img src='http://f5.putfile.com/5/14423025424-thumb.jpg' alt='Click to enlarge.'></a>

They have a slightly different look. The outer edges are not as thick.

I dont have any Pro Race 1.0's coming in this shipment but can get you any color you wish 17 or 18 hitting US shores about the second week in August. I do have 2 sets of 17x8, Pro Race 1.2's one gold, one silver due here the 3rd week in June.

The thing I really love about the pro race 1.2's is no matter what you do for offset it doesn’t change the look of the wheel. A +35 set looks the same as a +50 set. The offset is controlled from the inside rear of the wheel where it meets the hub. This area is simply thicker or thinner as it doesn’t change setting of the spokes. This with the flat edge on the outside allow for a small dish which I think looks very close to the rally car wheels from 2002-2005

Is this the same color as the ones that are coming soon?

Also When? and How much? I'm in search of wheels and I'm running out of tires, please let me know the time frame.

Thanks.

I need to clarify that the Pro Race 1.0's only come in 17 inch

The Pro Race 1.2's come in both 17 and 18

Sorry about that, My question is about the color black, in your original post that black looks like its not gloss black but the wheels on the evo and in that box look gloss black.

Are the wheels that you are getting gloss black or the color black in your original post?

The color is very important because if its the color of the first post it won't look good on black but if its gloss black it will look much better. (my car is black)

Also can you send me the price range?

The origional post is not black, its anthricite.

The color of the pro race 1.0 in post 12 is gloss black although they are different wheels but is the same color.

PM sent on cost.
