They do come with center caps but I am not really that fond of them. I will take some shots. They are a pretty standard size and I have found some alternatives. i will post some pics soon.

+45 offset will work for 18x8. I am not sure why you would want that kind of offset on a 17 inch rim because you need to move things in a bit when you get wider. Keep in mind that the factory 05 17x8 is a +53. The offset is controlled on the inside of the rim so a +45 to a +53 is not going to change the look at all if thats what you are worried about. I think you could probably run a +45 on a 17x8 but you will see some extended wear on bearings etc.
