It all depends on the tire size you plan on running.
The front and rear fenders will need to be rolled, and camber will need to be adjusted.
A 10mm spacer will also be needed to clear the front brakes.

Is running a spacer with the 18x9.5 Nto3 a big deal? Will it affect anything? If you have coilovers on your car, and roll your fenders, can you fit a good sized tire on there? I would be putting these wheels on an 07 STI. Say I'm using the TiC spec AST coilovers, I roll my fenders, what offset should I use, and what tire size? Thanks!

It all depends on what you are using your car for.
With camber plates in the back, you should not have any issues fitting these rims.
Spacer is not a big deal. We have local customers who run 25MM spacers on EVO's and with over 50K miles, have not had a single problems.

Tire sizes for this rim would be 245/40 thrue 275/35. Anything bigger or smaller will be ether stretched or bulging.

Will RPF-01 18x9.5 +45 Will it clear 08 STI calipers without spacers?

I'm planning to run Kumho v710 285/30 on them. Will they clear fenders with stock suspension?

I'll take a set if these will work with the 08 STI.
