* Kics Project Wheel Spacers are sold in a pair (2 spacers).

How about 17x8.5, 5x114.3, +45-48?

And of course it has to clear the STI Brembos. Seems like there are a lot of 18x9's and 18x8.5's with the right offset, but not much in a 17".

Yes, there are plenty of options for 17X8.5 and few for 17X9.5 in 5X114.3
the offsets varies depending on model of the wheel you are interested in.

Honestly, I'm not so much interested in a particular style/brand of wheel, as much as a wheel that fits those criteria, so that's all I can really ask for.

That's a tough one because there are so many choices out there and at different price point.

57 optimise is a nice wheel that come in 17X8.5 or 17X9.5

Yeah. I like those wheels, but they're not available in a +45 offset, just +40. Not trying to give you a hard time, just trying to find that very specific size I want.
