Im looking to go meth on 91piss gas in california. But all the meth kits I see want the hyrda standalone. Can the Accessport work with these if the tuner knows what they are doing or am I misunderstanding something.

Goes and read it again nope nope sticky doesnt say anything about wich EM works thanks for the nice reply though it really helped with my question. Did you read the sticky to see if it pertained to my question before you wrote your comment.

I dont want to be an ahole just seems everyday I read more and more threads with search that read the sticky this. I remember when I first joined a year ago it was not like this. If it was a repeat question or a sticky people would post the link and say in a nice way remember to look at the sticky. This was the most poilte board I had ever seen and I have been on a lot of boards since the old days of dialup bbs.

You ARE misunderstanding something.

Do you think that ALL of the 1000's of guys in cali are running a Hydra?

Don't you think that "most" are NOT running a hydra with water/meth?

Nearly ALL (atleast common EM's) EM is capable of running water/meth. This is what map switching is for.

Read updated post above. And thanks for the info. I will read through all of them. From vendor to vendor all they info is differnt on injection systems. After I posted I realized I was being an ahole so sorry. Just gets frustrating I know I looked at the sticky and search I dont want to justify every topic with I searched before I wrote this. Like some people do now.

FWIW, I run the SMC. BUT! it has no failsafe. ANYONE who is even THINKING about buying a water/meth system, needs to have a failsafe built in.

If I were to do it over, I would get an aquamist.

The HSF-5 is a great system. It will certainly take you a while to install. I'm still installing mine. I've been taking my time working on mine for almost a week. There is a ton of info on it here: Water/Alcohol Injection - evolutionm.net

The HSF-5 allows for perfect AFRs in every gear. If it wasn't for the research put into the HSF-5 kit, I wouldn't touch meth injection ever again. The other progressive kits on the market don't hold a candle to that system when it comes to daily use, tunability, and protection.
