Tap an APS TMIC for meth ?

Hey all,

I bit the bullet and purchased a Snowperformance stage 2 WI/Meth kit. I have installed most of the system but need to tap the TMIC (an APS) which has cast aluminum tanks. Has anyone tapped an APS TMIC for alky without issue? I am hesitant to drill my nice and semi-new intercooler for fear that I may create issues. It's the cast(ness) that has me concerned.

actually, a casting is prob best to drill/tap into.

I tapped my into the Y pipe before the intercooler. Works fine. My tuner wanted it this way for 2 reasons. If the nozzle comes apart it will not go into the motor, and it will help cool and clean the inside of the cooler.
