SMC kit, problems with the spray light being constantly on, ended up being a grounding issue, also the windsheild washer spray stopped working, also Jason you be da GB.

Since no one answered i assume it does count.

I use 100% denatured alky with the SMC kit and have had no problems. Just make sure to fill it when i need and use the oli to lube the pump / filter.

CoolingMist stage III kit w/clogged nozzle detector/stainless lines/float valve/1gal trunk tank & pump.

No problems with the kit, but I am waiting on my car to get out of the shop, after shattered ring lands pWn3d me. 50/50 mix.

Question is: did the meth contribute? The answer may never be known.

SMC kit 60/40 meth/water had it for over 6months now and no promblems, just test it each time before i drive. Usually between 23-25psi on stock block with a GT35R turbo kit

I have an '06 STI SMC alcohol injection kit (trunk-mount) for 5000 miles (4 months) now. Never a single issue. Allows me to safely run 24-26 pounds of boost on stock block. Of course all supporting mods were done for safety and reliability. Performance is closely monitored and datalogged with UTEC.

Using yellow bottles of HEET(99% methanol) for alcohol source ($1.39 a bottle). Usually run about 70% Alcohol and 30% Water, sometimes its 80/20, 90/10 and sometimes just straight Alcohol when I'm too lazy to buy distilled water. I think I noticed that the 80/20 alcohol/water mix works best to prevent knock. Also ran Denatured Alcohol(80/20 water mix) for a while, no problems. It will also run perfect on rubbing alcohol.

AKWRX from Nasioc is running an SMC under-hood kit on his 400whp 2002 WRX for 75,000 miles now without a single issue. He is running 80/20 or 90/10 mixes as he feels appropriate.

Running a coolingmist system 50/50 meth/water. No problems so far, its been on about a year. I have a 20g turbo and run 25-26 psi no problems. Been watching the oil consumption close, good there too. Its been good so far.
