Default Enginuity + Meth: Want Opinions

I'm a little tired of inconsistent performance depending on weather and intercooler heatsoak. I'm happy with the stock power at full force, but in the heat the difference huge.

Methanol injection is a solution, however I refuse to pay over $600 (or $500 used) for an Accessport, and I don't want to pay over $400 for a tune. I just want to manipulate timing and IDCs enough to make a little more power than stock and make it consistently. I think I can tackle tuning myself with the support of other enginuity users but will consult a professional if necessary.

What do you think?

Well I am doing this now. Your problem will lie in the fact that it takes A LOT of time to tune the fuel map. You absolutely MUST pull around 20% fuel from the map or you will be running pig rich (9:1 or below). Being able to tune in realtime with streettuner was worth every penny in nailing my fuel map. After the fuel is tuned, boost, timing, IAT, and etc. can easily be tuned with Enginuity. Its just that you will be flashing a lot of basemaps if you plan on tuning with Enginuity from the start for the fuel map alone. That being said, I just sold my AP and running 100% off Enginuity. Thats my 2 cents on Enginuity with meth. You can do it but it will take much more and longer tuning.

I see. Could be fun. At work I have to drive around a lot so maybe I can log data, then come back to my computer and mess with the software a bit, then repeat. I have some extra time....

Is the LC-1 a newer version of LM-1? My brother used to use the LM-1. How do you like it?
