I've put alot of thought and lurking time into my recipe. I want daily drivability from my setup but with that I also want in the neighborhood of 400whp as well but I'm more focused on the torque since thats where the grin comes from. I don't want a rotated setup because I do have funding limits(read that married) hence the green or red. The only reason I'm on the fence between the two is the EWG and tumbler deletes for the red. I have heard of a few getting to the 400 mark on a green and meth but I also know that it's a sure thing with the red. I need to find some more info on the streetability of the red to be able to decide I guess. I also looked at the 30r that you have and gave it consideration but again was put off by the added cost of rotated. As far as the meth goes the main reason I got it was because I knew I would do a turbo upgrade at some point and it would give me more options tuning wise as well as a safety net of sorts. I installed it already on the stock snail so I could figure out the learning curve and work out the bugs before the bigger turbo went in.

The difference in spool between the Green and Red is minimal when running meth. I have a Red/Meth combo and love it. I didn't do TGV deletes. I just removed the buttlerflies, left the rod in and removed the rear TGV sensor on the turbo side. All it costed me was the price of the TGV gasket set. I'm running IWG and Dtec boost controller. Boost is very stable. The power is awesome. Daily driveability is great. The last time i was on the dyno, I made 460/460 @ 25psi. I'm now running 28psi and the Dtec will hold it as far as my tuner wants it to in the rpm band. I reach 22psi by 4000rpm or so easily so spool isnt bad at all. I dont have dyno numbers yet at this boost level, but Scott Siegel says butt dyno tells him to expect between 490-500 whp. Catted too.
With all of the said, if your choices are Green and Red, I'd say Red. You can make 400 whp with a much safer tune and you still have monster headroom later when you want more power. And you WILL.

If you run more meth you will need to pull more fuel. Adding more of a mixture of alky or meth means you will be running richer than due to the stoich of the meth and the water does not effect arf's. To take advantage of the extra meth, you should add more timing up to about 3~4 more degrees of advance. If your not going to retune its pretty much not worth running the additional meth since in a sense it may slow you down. A 50/50 mix is ideal for street/track use since it is less hard on the seals, steam cleans the motor, and provides a nice balance of knock prevention not to mention it is cheaper.
