Default GT3076 + bigger TMIC = E-85 or meth?

I was planning on at Dom 3.0 upgrade and did not want to go with a FMIC. It appears that this turbo is fine with a Spearco TMIC, but would benefit from another way to combat heat. Most people have been suggesting meth injection (I would prefer to go 50%/50% water/meth as it is easier to buy) but I wanted to find out if switcing to 100% E-85 would be as good or better.

From what I understand, meth plus E-85 is unecessary for a street tune (or at all?), but in this instance of a bigger turbo and a TMIC, would the both of them paired up combat heat problems even better?

I has also planed to get a good turbo blanket (Boost Logic if it fits), as from what people were saying, they could physicaly touch the blanket even after very hard driving.

e-85 will not cool your intake charge like meth does. E-85 has higher octane rating than 93 does, but you get really crappy gas mileage because you have to use quite a bit more e-85 than regular gasoline. Most people who would run an 850cc injector with 93 octane will run somewhere around a 1000 or 1100 cc injector for the e-85. IMO, e-85 does not have enough of a price advantage and figuring in the mileage loss is not really a good move from a financial aspect. If you want to use e-85 because of the environmental aspect, thats one thing, but even the environmental impact of it is arguable. You will be fine running 93 octane plus meth, if you still think your intercooler is to hot, get a co2 sprayer for the intercooler.

On my gas calculations last month, I would save about $40 a month on fuel if I switched to E-85. I know I don't get as far per mile, but it is over $1 cheaper per gallon here, so it would be saving me money in my circunstance. I wanted to run it for the high octane equivalent (100 or so?), then the money saves and lastly the environmental aspect.

I am also in CA where we only have 91, very poor 91. As it stand though, looks like meth is the way to go with a TMIC and bigger turbo for the cooling aspect.

Ah, here in Texas its only about a 40 cent difference(I paid 3.99 for premium yesterday) and E85 is like 3.59 to 3.69, plus we get good 93 octane.
