I'm going to post a write up of how I installed my meth kit using the stock IC water sprayer tank and mounting the pump behind it, it's very stealth I'll let you know when I post a write up about it. One of the best parts is that I made my own fitting for the tank using a 3/4" brass barb plug tapping it for 1/8" npt and using it where the small pump is normally plugged into.

Here are a couple of pics to show you what I'm talking about, everything fit perfectly with a couple cuts of the stock IC tank tray.

Post a parts list of what you used to tap the stock pump location please.

no parts list really, went to Home depot to find something and came up with a 3/4" brass barb plug that I tapped for 1/8 npt. I have more pics of it but the fitting actually worked perfectly cause the coolingmist piece threaded in flush to the taper of the plug. I'll post a pic.

Problem is the pumps aren't quiet, so you are going to have to explain what that new noise is coming from the trunk every time it kicks in.

Yea but when it kicks in your car is usually louder than the pump.

Well, I installed my big HFS-5 pump and I'm using the stock tank as well. I am keeping the stock I/C sprayer pump and float so I have the light on the dash, and if I need to empty the tank for any reason, I can do it with the stock pump and lines.
