Water/meth injection

I'm Currently protuned stage 2 but i do not have an AP i searched but didnt find a solid answer can i run meth with out an AP even if i get it protuned for it. I read about how if you run out of meth and ur car is tuned for it that it would be bad for the motor, or would the protune fix that i'm stumped.

question 2 My car is my DD also so i was wondering if this is a get kit to get
Z-1 Performance Automotive Services Inc. - AEM Water and Methanol Injection Kit

I also have Turbo inlet,injectors, and fuel pump that i havent installed yet.

If you are protuned and run out you need to be able to switch to another map that doesnt run meth. or slways make sure you dont run out.
