Exclamation aem meth install

I am installing my aem meth kit and wanted to know if anyone on this site has used this meth kit as well. So far with what I have done I am not happy with the aem kit at all. The wires they give you to run from the module to the tank and the pump are way too short unless you run everything within 3 feet. But my question is to find out if I need a switch in order for the meth to even work? I was under the impression that it comes on under high boost and high rpms. So what am I not understanding?

Most aem kits are boost referenced.

I have the AEM meth kit and I'm quite happy with it. You of course need extra wires if you plan on running the tank and pump on the back like I did. The kit is boost referenced. It has a starting PSI and then progress to go to full injection at the second psi setting. One thing you have to watch out for is that the line going to the meth nozzle does not bend when you put the intercooler back on or you will have a leak that will make you run out your meth tank in less than 3 days. Btw, when installing the controller if you want it on the engine bay, put it some where where water wont get to it since this controller is intended to be mounted inside the car. I took a freezer bag and cut it to shape and wrapped it up when I was finish with the install.

Search for my journal, i have some install pic's. GL.
