Default I'm at stage 2, can i still service at a dealer?

I know this has probably been covered before but I was wondering if i can still get an oil change at the dealer and not worry about voiding the warranty. I know subaru gives one free brembo brake job service for every sti and i was wondering if any of you guys got that for free even with the downpipe on. Thanks guys
-joe

edit: i go to south coast subaru and the manager said he doesent void warrantys for bovs so iiuno if that would help me out.

I think you mean they'll replace the brake pads as a wear item under warranty (before 36k) if they are sufficiently worn down?

Otherwise, the warranty issue has been beaten to death.

joe, just ask them how they deal with mods...i asked the tech at my dealership and he simply said "he doesnt give a sh_t" and he doesnt like to document every little thing like subaru asks him too..he said hes been with subaru too long, and he just doesnt "have the time" anymore to bother with silly things like that lol

sti 818 has the right idea. i mean they will definitely service your car. and IMO the tech is not going to void your warranty b/c of a DP. if he does he is a major DICK!!!

All warranties that the dealer perform will be paid for by SOA themselves. Im not too sure why the dealer would make such a fuss, they are getting paid for it regardless...

basically when it comes down to it they have to prove the part u put on contributed or caused the failure. That being said, to get to that point you will have to possibly use a lawyer etc.
