IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | fly - it was fine the rest of the time i was on my vacation. the idle miss didnt start until i was home, like, got home that night, parked it, and next day on the way to work noticed it was idleing kinda crummy. i dunno, im just frustrated at this point, i am one of those "it should b perfectly smooth" kinda guys, maybe i am just way off base and should realize no matter hwat u spend on a car it wont b perfect. the idle miss is one like my old camaro had, where its sitting there smooth as can b, and then a hiccup kinda thing from the motor, u dont hear it, but u feel it in the car This ad is not endorsed by this member. | Spec C Club | is it just at idle? or in the mid rpm range if they checked the plug's they might have broken one or worse a coil. also check for Vacc.. leaks you will hear it should make a loud sucking of air noise if it's that. you could also have a leak on the MAF inspect that if they tried to clean it with none MAF cleaner it might be damaged it not sealed tight. |

hum sounds weird maybe a clog in the fuel filter. oh buy a oil catch can asap even do the line off the PCV when i just took out my fmic and stuff i had oil in everything from blow buy. Royale Purple oil is crap really stear clear from it. my next try is the motul. but the oil catch can will keep all that oil out of the sensor's witch clog's them and screw's with the reading's that may be your issue here also there so many thing's it could be it's hard to say without seeing it for myself | |

Basically it should be pretty much these items Oil change and filter Rotate/balance tires Replace Air Filter Service transmission Coolant exchange Brake fluid exchange adjust rear parking brake Inspect the vehicle over for wear with brakes, clutch, belts, hoses, other fluids, axle and steering boots, etc. That is what we do for a 30,000 mile service for WRX/STI |
