so i call the dealership on my 05 sti to get my strut clunk fixed and my brake lines drained because im getting close to my 30k mile mark so i set the appoint. with supposly the new service managed at the Pagan Lewis Dealership for today...i pull up.. one of the first cars in..but the two other cars that got their a split second b4 me were two girls in a navi and another in a jeep. so....the two manages jump out of their office to go service the girlss ..i understand that they were there first but i mean..whatever...so after they check up on their cars this idiot starts walking toward me..can i help YOu? yadda yadda yadda..so i explain to him about the strut clunk to get strut WHAT? strut WHAT?... then i tell him about how i need my brakes drained and quite possibly replaced or looked at...the whole time he looked like he was checking out my car like a child does NOT a mechanic.then i hear well we have no subaru technicians in today can you bring it in friday?......i woulndt ordinarily get pissed but its 7.00am on my ONLY day off from school and they have pull this shat..../rant

Talk to the Service Manager about this, or better yet...go to a different dealership, and call up Subaru of America (If the dealership is a Subaru dealership, they should have a mech on the site when they open!) and complain about them. You will hear them calling you back in no time.
