Default 06 Radiator Problem

anyone with an 06 sti experiencing any radiator problems? looks like my radiator decided to piss out coolant this morning ...maybe a defect in the 06's???

No probz with mine ,touch wood(knocks on head)
Where is the leak ?Maybe a rock went thru the bottom front grill def needs some mesh there.Good luck ,hope warranty covers it.

leak is located alongside the bottom of the radiator...the guys at Harman Automotive actually spotted it first because my car was getting serviced and they were saying it could be a improper seal problem. that sucks, so gotta go to subaru dealership tomorrow...thanks 2slow

The same thing happened to me. The clamp holding the lower radiatior hose was never engaged. I didn't find out until it overheated. It ended up warping my heads and block. It was all covered under warranty.

did they end up replacing both heads and block?

good news, radiator is under warranty so they will replace it at no charge...the guy said that this was the fourth time hes seen this happen already...

06 owners...wouldnt hurt to check your coolant level...
