Default oil...

when i first baught my car the oil change charge was 15.95...wow cheap huh...for a stealership...half a year later it goes up to 19.95....ehh fine thats affordable...i get a letter in the mail...27.99 WOAH wtf man....shouldn't the prices be going down since oil prices are going down....
