Rattle under partial throttle. - Page 2

I think I've narrowed it down to the heat shield around the gas tank. Now to find a way to fix the damn thing, it's driving me nuts.

Maybe this is the rattle that has been driving me NUTS!! Mine isn't loud at all though and can be barely heard... but it is the high-pitched metallic rattle that can be heard only on partial throttle, which seems to be what you guys are describing. I guess I'll check for broken welds on the heatshield.
