Default Props to Irvine Subaru

I want to give Props to Irvine Subaru for their help in replacing my rear struts that were klunking. I want to thank Rich Gowdy for doing that for me, even though I have lowering springs, as well as the repair they did to my car's wing which the gasket underneath was coming out. Excellent job and outstanding service. I recommend Irvine Subaru highly. Just call Rich and he will take care of you.

How is your car riding now? Do you have to align the rear again?

I HATE Irvine Subaru!!! I bought my STi from them and they wouldn't even replace the cheap rubber IC throttle body hose when it was tearing. They said that the boost gauge that I had installed voided the warranty. Here is the thread.
Dealership refused to replace IC throttle body hose

I have Pinks but my struts have not started clunking yet. But when they do, I guarantee that Irvine Subaru will not replace them.

I will never do business with Irvine Subaru again. I would rather go to South Coast Subaru.

DO NOT do business with Irvine Subaru!!!

Yeah. It took 2 minutes for them to replace it. So what did you say to convince them to replace your struts at Irvine Subaru? What kind of springs do you have? Did Irvine Subaru install them?

I just told them this klunking was before I had installed my new springs. I have the tanabe df-210, and they weren't installed at Irvine Subaru.

My car rides so much better They didn't put an alignment on the workorder so I'm unsure. when i go over speedbumbs it's great. All i told them I was hearing a clunking in the rear they said it's a known problem swapped out the 2 struts in a few minutes.
