Free Pads

I remember reading a while back that out brake pads our covered under warranty. Has anyone actually had the dealer do this. It seems a little far fetched for them to do it, but hey if they do thats awesome. So if anyone has had them do it under warranty can you please chime in so i can save the 175.00 on hawks i was going to get.

I can't see Subaru replacing the pads because there a wear item.

Your best bet is to simply call your local dealer and ask.

Yes, people have gotten pads replaced under warranty. They've even replaced wipers under warranty.

I've had pads (F&R) and Front rotors replaced under warrenty.

Looks like they are coverd.Here is the warranty information straight from Subaru's website. I highlited the wear items part in yellow.
