you should consult an attorney at this point. That way, you will get an educated/professional take on your specific situation. The dealership is not going to treat an attorney the same way they are treating you....if you get a good one

mainly because i nabbed a few sponsors and they started sending me crap and i had to put it on. 2nd because i trusted my dealership would fix this issue. 3rd. because i knew none of my parts were messing with it and i never in a million years guess that my dealership would try to screw me. ive always been a nissan guy and now i know why, my nissan dealersihp has to be one of the best. and they are very mod friendly.

if i could afford an attourney i would lol. for now ill show up with some facts on those two laws on paper, give them an attitude and make them fix my car if it ever happens again lol. and if they wont then ill find a higher authority lol.

Well lookie here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-...QQcmdZViewItem

I guess the Ebay sponsorship and lack of dealer service really did not work out all that well

Oh well that leaves one less uneducated STi driver in the drivers' seat

Vehicle Description

This is a 2006 subaru STI ive had this car about a month and got laid off of my high paying job, i just want to sell the car before i lose it. this is such a nice car its sad to see it go, it has been well taken care of and is deff a fun car. upgrades include Air hog air filter JDM front and rear strut bars and lower h brace all imported straight from japan eibach 2" lowering springs installed professionally by les scwhabs with warrenty. blacked out head lamps. kenwood deck and speakers and amp. with a rockford fosgate 12" punch sub. all it needs is the RCA cables to run from the deck to the amp. blue streetglow gold series on the front and sides. back got broke putting on new exhaust. aero exhaust (best sounding exhaust ever IMO) this car deff sounds good! blue neons under the dash black shift light for nailing those perfect shifts. partly debagged, and black I bagges replaced the stock subaru logos. (the black i badges are a japan thing) i still have and will include the stock springs with the eibach springs box. and the stock head unit. this still has the full factory warrenty, and i know when i bought the car i got free tires for life, im not sure if that will transfer to the new buyer or not, but its possible. which is going to save you a lot of money because the slicks on this car are exspensive lol. mods installed total over 2 grand. this car has always been ran on 93 octain gas (premium) to benefit the turbo and high performance engine. and it was broke in properly. track test prove it, this car has hit a 13.3 in the 1/4 mile when its only suppose to run 13.6's this is deff an awesome car! i mean come on 300 hp turbo charged boxter engine and its awd. this thing will get around in the snow like crazy! please ask questions, ill be glad to answer them all, thanks!

he claims to still have the full warranty in his auction; extols a 13.3 1/4 mile when it should only run 13.6; and has free tires for life. why do i waste my time with such people?? cant we have a simple quiz before joining iwsti than would perhaps filter out some of these guys??
