Default HKS Carbon-Ti rattling itself apart?

I recently noticed a rattle at idle. I would hear it at stop lights and such. I suspected a heat shield was the culprit, however it turns out that the exhaust tip on my Carbon-Ti has rattled itself loose. There are a few rivets that hold the titanium tip to the rest of the can and these rivets are no londer tight, which allows the tip to jiggle around and make all sorts of racket. I called HKS and was informed that the 4 year warranty doesn't transfer from owner to owner. I bought the car with the exhaust already on it, so basically, I'm on my own. I was a little disappointed that HKS, one of the biggest brand names in quality aftermarket car parts, wouldn't stand behind their product a little better...especially their high-end products. Oh well, not a huge deal I guess. I will have someone drill out the rivets and buck some new ones in. Has anyone else had this problem?
