| dances with roads | I'm at 22K and might have just heard my first. Not 100% sure yet because it isn't really a "clunk", more of a "clack". |

| Professional STI Driver | I had the passenger side rear strut swapped out yesterday under warranty. So far the clunking has completely gone away. The other struts seem to be perfect. I hope this is a permanent fix. As long as the car is under warranty if any of the other struts develop the problem I have them swapped. However if the new struts start to clunk after a while, I guess I'll just except it as "normal" for the design and periodically lubricate them as described in this thread. Either that or I'll get a new suspension set up, something more aggressive. |
