This may help for one of those bullets.

C: INSPECTION
While pulling the parking brake lever upward, count
the notches.
Lever stroke:
7 to 8 notches when pulled with a force of 196
N (20 kgf, 44 lb)
If not as specified, adjust the parking brake
D: ADJUSTMENT
1) Remove the console cover.
2) Forcibly pull the parking brake lever 3 to 5 times.
3) Adjust the parking brake lever by turning adjuster
until parking brake lever stroke is set at 7 to 8
notches with operating force of 196 N (20 kgf, 44
lb).
4) Tighten the lock nut.
Lever stroke:
7 to 8 notches when pulled with a force of 196
N (20 kgf, 44 lb)
Tightening torque (Lock nut):
5.9 N•m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.3 ft-lb)

It was only semi sarcastic. I figured you would changer you oil more then that. But you never know. Some people don't really believe it car maintenance unless it's actually needed.

You could be running amsoil, in which case you would only need to change the filter ever 3000 or so.

This is what they replied they do for the $223 or whatever it was...I asked for a price without oil change, I just went to mobile1.

Response to my email asking them what is included because it seemed expensive for a few checks and inspects with a tire rotation:

This a complete list of the services included in our 15000 mile service (minus oil change). This list of services is recommended for the best performance and safety of your vehicle.

Check tension and condition of all engine belts and adjust if necessary.
Check oil level in rear axle--also differential if applicable.
Check or adjust clutch if equipped.
Inspect wheel brake cylinders and dust boots for leaks.
Visually inspect fuel tank, lines and connections for leaks.
Check all fluid levels.
Check front and rear drive axles and boots.
Check front suspension.
Replace PCV element.
Replace spark plugs if necessary.
Check operation of heating/air conditioning system.
Check rear defroster operation.
Check power steering gear lines and hoses.
Check exhaust.
Lube latches and hinges.
Check seat belts for safety.
Check turbo operation if equipped
Check or adjust idle RPMs.
Inspect all vacuum fuel and vapor lines, hoses and connections.
Check A/C performance.
Change air filter.
Rotate and balance tires.
Perform four wheel brake inspection.
Adjust parking brake cable(s).
Road test vehicle to check performance.

If you have any questions, please call me.

Seems like a few more items than just the my.subaru.com maintenance.

I paid ~$150 for my 15k service w/ a 10% coupon. I also did not get my cabin air filter changed.

www.mysubaru.com has maintenance coupons.
